- Delivered simple and easy to understand wizard-based interaction pattern which can be used and scaled up for any device to register on ‘call manager firmware’.
- Reduced support tickets and calls and more users started using devices for collaboration systems at work resulting in effective overall output.
Common enterprise entry portal
- This project saved dollars for client by creating a modular template of one enterprise platform to access content from 3 platforms like Salesforce, SharePoint and Mobile.
Web integrated bot for IT support
- Increased satisfaction index of users and well managed support ticket scheduling and closure.
- This helped to manage support team too.
Developer portal online simulator
- This was developer portal project to onboard and test integration of deals on Groupon portal.
- I solved UX challenge of list items cancellation tests for completion feedback and tracking for user’s confirmation on Ghost CMS platform.
- I came up with this process framework to reduce UX to UI handover gaps and keep all project teams on the same level of understanding of design.
- Also, product directors and owners had scope to introduce changes in design and still team were well informed.
- This framework Saved licensing cost.
Gesture control in vehicle interior experience
- UX design for safety and comfort in the automotive interior.
- Kinect device assisted prototype on WPF framework, for demonstration of gesture-controlled multi-user experience, for the use case of collaborative map navigation for changing destination during travel.
