Scenario:

• It was multi vendor team responsible for UX, UI, back end integrations, testing and deployment.
• Every team wanted to refer design mockups for their baseline reference .
• However, Client was not having budget to get license for each person in each team.

Solution:

• I came up with this process framework to reduce UX to UI handover gaps and keep all project teams on same level of understanding of design.
• Also, product directors and owners had a scope to introduce changes in design and still team was well informed.
